Comprehensive Onboarding

Alumet believe that people are the most important factor when it comes to delivering quality on time. New staff undergo a tailored induction schedule reflecting their role, position and work environment ensuring they have the opportunity to meet colleagues and gain exposure to all areas of the business, giving them a better understanding of how Alumet operate, making them feel welcomed and connected.

Funded development training
