Specialist Staff

Alumet invests heavily in training and is proud to have dedicated staff for both Human Resources and Health & Safety issues.

Funding training courses

Alumet fully sponsor staff to complete qualifications ranging from day courses to degrees and masters. Courses currently being studied include Logistics, Team Leadership, Performing Manufacturing Operations, Assessing Candidates, Construction, 3D Design and Contract Formation.

All staff that are required to visit site are Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) qualified. Alumet received a Platinum Award from the Construction Industry Training Board (CITB) in recognition of their 100% CSCS accreditation.

Training Centre

Alumet has a dedicated training centre at its head office in Warwickshire which was officially opened by HRH the Duke of Kent. Visit our Royal Visit page for more info and photos.

Training Roof

The company recently constructed a dedicated training roof at its headquarters. This allows the company to train its solar panel installation team in a controlled and safe environment. The company also trains external clients in safe installation techniques.
