I'm very happy with all the workmen and the resident liaison officers. They were all polite and helpful and great to have around. I am grateful for all the work that has taken place. The new interior balcony has made the room more homely and looks wonderful.

The improvements have made a big difference. The outside of the whole block has been transformed. Whereas before it looked very plain with steel-framed windows, now the outside is immaculate and I've heard lots of comments from people on how lovely it looks. Also with the cladding that's been put on to the exterior the whole place is also a lot warmer.
