Neale House and Macauley House, Sandwell

This project involved regenerating two tower blocks in Sandwell with external cladding, modified balconies & replacement windows.
The majority of occupants were retired individuals and benefited from the complete make over of the exterior as well as refurbished rooms and communal lounge area plus the addition of a new roof extension.

Mrs Whitehouse, a tenant at Neale House, is especially pleased with the improvements.
She said: I'm very happy with all the workmen and the Customer Liaison Officers, they were all polite and helpful and great to have around. I am grateful for all the work that has taken place. The new interior balcony has made the room more homely and looks wonderful.
