Alumet's specialist refurbishment division can transform tired buildings to look like new, producing a result that can transform people's lives. Alumet will project manage, design, supply and install a complete new façade including new windows, rainscreen cladding, doors, balconies, curtain walling, solar shading and permanent access facilities.

The building(s) can remain occupied whilst work is being carried out, and each refurbishment project will have a dedicated resident liaison officer available to ensure minimal disruption.

The officer will deal with the tenants before, during and after the work is undertaken in order to ensure that they are aware of all the options available. They will also ensure that any issues raised by tenants are dealt with as quickly as possible.

Our aim for each project is for the occupants of the building to be 100% satisfied with the appearance, quality and functionality of their refurbished home. We will ensure that all residents are safe and happy throughout the refurbishment process.
