Wimberger House and St. Clements House, West Bromwich

This project involved the complete refurbishment of two high-rise blocks in Hallam Street, West Bromwich, including new windows and cladding.

Tony Powell, tenant of over 14 years says: The improvements have made a big difference. The outside of the whole block has been transformed. Whereas before it looked very plain with steel-framed windows, now the outside is immaculate and I've heard lots of comments from people on how lovely it looks. With the cladding that's been put on to the exterior of the building the whole place is also a lot warmer.

The refurbishment is second to none, and it is really pleasing to know that the tenants and residents also feel the same.
