Working with local communities

Alumet is an active member of Warwickshire based Best Practice club FORCE (Forum for Constructing Excellence) and WMCCE (West Midlands Centre for Constructing Excellence) where relationships are established with the local community. The company is proud to be involved with these groups as they play a vital role in encouraging the employment of local labour and working with local partners. They also help to promote the construction industry at all levels, helping to develop the local economy, environment and society.

Alumet is also an active member of the Coventry & Warwickshire Chamber of Commerce. Their contacts and support provides excellent local networking opportunities for Alumet, helping to ensure that the company spends its money locally where possible.

Alumet also attends career events where the company gives advice to local students trying to pursue a career in the construction industry.

Providing local support

As well as raising funds for their chosen charity, Alumet also helps other local groups where possible. The company sponsors Southam Rugby Club by providing the team's kit and also recently provided materials and labour for improvements to the local Guides/Scouts hut.
