Alumet's curtain walling expertise was recognized in 2008 when the company landed the glazing industry's prestigious G08 Award for Glass Project of the Year. The award recognized the company's exemplary achievements on Carnival UK's new headquarters in Southampton.
Alumet designed, fabricated and installed the complete building envelope for the building which sits proudly on West Quay habour, overlooking ships such as the Queen Mary and the Queen Elizabeth II. The building incorporates 4,586m² of glass and comprises of approximately 150,000 sq ft of flexible office space over 5 floors.
